Chris Anderson is a wildlife enthusiast from the Pacific Northwest who is dedicated to connecting others with nature. His passion for biology and ecology began in 9th grade in Mrs. Cappovilla's biology class. Chris develops programs for the Wolf Education and Research Center and runs Owl Brand Discovery Kits, a science education company he founded in 1996 that specializes in barn owl pellets for schools.
In 2005, he became president of the Wolf Education and Research Center; the same year, his company was recognized as a National Geographic Canada Best Resource for Science Teachers. With a strong background in project development and public relations, Chris has introduced the Sawtooth Legacy Journal, created two films (The Great Wolf Divide and The Great Predator Debate), and produces educational videos classroom products and curriculum that promote wildlife conservation.
