Last week, we talked about Great Horned Owls. These owls are found throughout North America and don’t have a lot of natural enemies.
These owls, just like Barn Owls, also produce pellets!
That means you can step up your game with Great Horned Owl pellets! Because Great Horned Owls eat different prey than Barn Owls, it means that they need to crush up the bones of their prey before they’re made into a pellet. This makes for a pellet that’s more chalky and challenging to dissect – but we know you’re up for it!
