Do you know about Bighorn Sheep?

These animals hang out on rocky cliff faces, getting into precarious places that we humans would have difficulty reaching on our own. Thankfully these animals have hooves that are designed exactly for this kind of activity.1

Get a close look at them in award-winning filmmaker Alan Lacy’s video Searching for Bighorns to get a first hand look at what it takes to find and film Bighorn Sheep.

Learn about:

  • Their predators

  • Their habitats

  • The differences between the horns on rams and ewes

  • The camera equipment used for making these films

Also catch glimpses of Great Horned Owls and other animals that were spotted during filming!
