What Can Owls Teach Us In the New Year?

by OBDK on January 01, 2022

Happy New Year!

The start of a new year is always exciting. It’s a chance to start fresh, make resolutions, and go into the new year with new energy.

Here are some things to remember heading into 2022, straight from the wisest ones we know – owls, of course!

Fly like they do – Explore

Owls are great fliers. It’s what helps them get from place to place and hunt down their prey. If you could fly like an owl, where would you want to go? Where would you want to explore? What adventures do you have planned for 2022?

Become a great hunter – Go after your goals

An owl’s prey is no match for them. Whether their prey is hiding under the brush or out in the open, owls can pinpoint where their prey is and launch themselves at it. Go after your goals with the same attention to detail and determination. Those voles – oops, we mean goals – don’t stand a chance!

Help out others – Be a great friend

Owls are a great help to farmers because they eat the rodents that can destroy their crops. How can you help others in the new year, just by being yourself? Just like Barn Owls are good friends to farmers, how can you be the best friend you can be?
